Let’s look the example, suppose I have two charts one for ‘quantity’ and another for ‘amount’ data, I have done all formatting on ‘quantity’ chart and now I want to apply same to another chart.

Now select fist chart and press Ctrl+C (or right click and Copy/ go to HOME tab and select the copy option).

Then next step is selecting another chart where you what to paste formatting of the first chart

  •  Go to Home tab and click on the small arrow below Paste

    •   Click on Paste special

      • Select formats

        • Click ok… that’s it.

Now your both charts have same formatting.

And if you have more than two charts, then select next chart and use F4 button to copy same formatting, you don’t require to repeat all steps.
